These terms govern the use of the platform for materials testing, material analysis, and quality data. They apply to research departments, testing laboratories, and industrial users in Austria and the EU.
Material Analytics provides functions for the recording, evaluation, and documentation of material tests. This includes standardized test protocols, the management of laboratory results, and the structured storage of quality data. The platform does not replace legally required test documentation but supplements it through digital workflows.
Users are responsible for the correct entry of measurement values, batch information, and test parameters. Access credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with third parties. Compliance with the applicable testing standards (e.g., ISO, EN, ASTM) is the responsibility of the applying laboratory. The platform does not provide standards but maps the test procedures defined by the user.
We assume no liability for the accuracy of entered measurement data or the professional assessment of test results. The evaluation and interpretation of material data lies with the respective specialist personnel. Liability for damages arising from incorrect data entries, incomplete test protocols, or improper use of the software is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The platform is operated with the aim of high availability. We will notify users in a timely manner via the platform about planned maintenance work. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. In the event of prolonged disruptions caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, there is no entitlement to compensation.
Users may terminate the use of the platform at any time by cancelling their contract with the operator. Upon termination, stored data will be archived in accordance with statutory retention periods or exported upon request. The operator may discontinue the platform if further development is no longer economically viable. In such a case, users will be informed at least three months in advance.
We reserve the right to adjust these terms if legal requirements or the scope of functions of the platform change. We will notify users of significant changes by email to the address on file. If a user does not object to the amended terms within four weeks, they will be deemed accepted. For legal matters, you can reach us at info@nicrothquel.com.
