The platform covers the common standard methods: tensile testing according to ISO 6892, hardness testing according to Vickers, Rockwell, and Brinell, as well as the Charpy impact test. Non-standard laboratory methods can also be stored as custom test templates and provided with the appropriate metadata.
Each test order automatically receives a sequential test number. For each result, the sample origin, test parameters, applicable standard, and responsible personnel are stored. The documentation can be exported as a PDF or transferred directly to existing QM systems.
Yes. The platform is multi-tenant capable and strictly separates data by location and project. Each laboratory sees only its own test orders, while the central material database remains evaluable across locations – provided permissions allow it.
The basic installation, including connection to existing testing equipment, is typically completed within two to three weeks. This is followed by a two-week support phase in which the laboratory management creates its own test templates and employees are trained.
Yes. Existing Excel lists, CSV exports, or data from older laboratory information systems can be imported via an import mask. Plausibility checks are carried out to ensure that incorrect or incomplete data records are not silently adopted.
The software runs as a web application in the internal network or in the cloud. A standard server with 8 GB RAM and four cores is sufficient for operation. Testing machines are connected via standardized interfaces such as OPC-UA or serial data transmission.
