From inspection order to validated result

The process in the materials laboratory

Step 01

Record inspection order

The process starts with the digital recording of the inspection order. Sample designation, material batch and the required standard are stored directly in the system – without media discontinuity.

Step 02

Configure inspection plan

Based on the standard, the platform stores the appropriate inspection plan. Parameters such as preload force, test speed or measuring points are suggested automatically and can be adjusted by laboratory staff.

Step 03

Record measured values

The testing machine transmits the raw data to the platform in real time. The software detects deviations from the target value and immediately marks critical measuring points for later evaluation.

Step 04

Evaluate result

The platform calculates the relevant characteristic values and compares them with the tolerance limits of the specification. A test report is generated automatically and linked to the metadata of the batch.

Step 05

Release & archiving

After testing, the result is submitted for release. The documentation is archived in an audit-proof manner and is available at any time for audits and quality assurance.
